The CV’s sent to duet are kept in the CV pool of the company at utmost discretion.

duet ‘s team handles the CV’s in a very responsible manner and it is not used for any purpose without the candidate’s knowledge and approval.

Each CV received is thoroughly reviewed and then catalogued and entered in the CV pool which is managed in the most advanced storage method which enables us match the candidate’s CV with the appropriate job opportunity in no time.

The process with the candidate begins when there is a match between the customer’s requirements and the candidate’s professional skills and experience. Our best practice shows that sending the non-appropriate CV for an open position may hurt the candidate and even prevent his candidature in the organization for a long period.

At duet, we follow the recruiting process very closely with the candidate, meeting him and preparing him for the interview with the customer.

At duet, we always refer the candidates to the organization only after their approval for each specific position.
